قتل 6 أشخاص وأصيب 14 آخرين جراء قصف صاروخي للدعم السريع استهدف مستشفى الضمان بمدينة الأبيض حاضرة ولاية شمال كردفان وخروج المستشفى عن الخدمة جراء القصف المتعمد للمستشفى والتي ظلت تقدم خدماتها لقطاع واسع من المدنيين بولايات كردفان الثلاثة.
تدين شبكة أطباء السودان الاستهداف المتعمد للدعم السريع للقطاع الطبي والمستشفيات العاملة بمدينة الأبيض بولاية شمال كردفان وتؤكد بأنه استمرار لتعطيل القطاع الطبي الذي أصابه الخراب جراء الحرب المستمرة منذ أبريل 2023 حيث استهدف الدعم السريع البنية التحتية للقطاع الطبي وتسبب في خروج ما لا يقل عن 80% من المستشفيات في عدد من الولايات السودان جراء عمليات النهب والتدمير الممنهج.
تتطالب الشبكة المنظمات الأممية والدولية الضغط على قيادات الدعم السريع بصورة واضحة لوقف استهدافها للمرافق الطبية ومنع انهيار القطاع الطبي الذي رأينا نتائجه الكارثية في مدينة الخرطوم والفاشر وحرمان الملايين من المواطنين من الرعاية الطبية، كما ندعو المنظمات الدولية العاملة بالقطاع الطبي ضرورة العمل على تشغيل المرافق الطبية وتوفير المعينات الطبية العاجل لمقابلة الاحتياجات واستعادة النظام الصحي في كل المواقع التي تأثرت بعمليات التدمير والنهب بالبلاد.

Six people were killed and 14 others were injured in a Rapid Support Forces missile attack targeting Al-Daman Hospital in Al-Obeid, the capital of North Kordofan State. The hospital was put out of service as a result of the deliberate bombing, which had been providing services to a wide range of civilians in the three states of Kordofan.
The Sudan Doctors Network condemns the Rapid Support Forces’ deliberate targeting of the medical sector and operating hospitals in Al-Obeid, North Kordofan State, and stresses that this is a continuation of the disruption of the medical sector, which has been devastated by the ongoing war since April 2023. The Rapid Support Forces have targeted medical infrastructure, causing at least 80% of hospitals in several states across Sudan to shut down due to systematic looting and destruction.
The Network calls on the UN and international organizations to exert clear pressure on the Rapid Support Forces’ leadership to halt its targeting of medical facilities and prevent the collapse of the medical sector—the catastrophic consequences of which have already been witnessed in Khartoum and El Fasher—depriving millions of citizens of access to medical care. We also call on international organizations working in the medical sector to urgently reactivate medical facilities and provide critical medical supplies to meet needs and restore the health system in all areas affected by the destruction and looting across the country.
