الجبهة الشعبية تصدر بيان مهم بخصوص تجاوزات مفوضية الإتحاد الأفريقي

بيان هام بخصوص تجاوزات (مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي في الملف السوداني)تابعنا بحسرة واسف التصريحات الغير مسؤولة من السيد المتحدث الرسمي باسم مفوضية الإتحاد الأفريقي في الملف السوداني السيد محمد حسن ولد لبات وما فعله رئيس المفوضية السيد موسي فكي وعليه فإن الجبهة الشعبية ترسل عدد من الرسائل الي الإتحاد الأفريقي مفادها التالي: -أولاً: في سابقة خطيرة في عمل الاتحاد الأفريقي قام السيد رئيس المفوضية بمنح المليشيا المسلحة التي أعلنها الجيش السوداني القومي مليشيا متمردة علي مؤسسات الدولة وفق الدستور والقانوني السوداني قام بمنحها الشرعية أفريقياً ودولياً ٫ وذلك عبر لقاء تم بين السيد موسي فكي وأحد مستشاري المليشيا الإرهابية ٫ مما يعتبر تجاوزاً وانحداراً خطيراً لا يمكن أن يرتكبه كيان مثل الاتحاد الأفريقي .ثانياً: قام السيد المتحدث الرسمي باسم المفوضية بتعدي كل الخطوط والأعراف الدبلوماسية عبر تصريحات خطيرة وغير مسؤولة استهان بها بالحكومة السودانية مقللاً من شأنها السيادي والوطني الأمر الذي أغضب الشعب السوداني وتحول الي قضية رأي عام تطالب بالحل الفوري لهذه المفوضية التي لا تتبع أي من الأعراف الدبلوماسية السائدة .ثالثاً: تطالب الجبهة الشعبية لنصرة القوات المسلحة الاتحاد الأفريقي بالتحقيق مع السيدين المذكورين في هذا البيان فيما يتعلق بعلاقتهم الخاصة مع مليشيا الدعم السريع وقياداتها وتجاوزهم الخطاب المرسل من الحكومة السودانية في ٢٤ مايو الماضي بأن قائد الدعم السريع قد فقد موقعه الدستوري بعد تمرده علي الدولة وطلبت عدم التعامل معه أو مع من يمثله.رابعاً: في حالة عدم التحقيق مع هذين السيدين فأن الجبهة الشعبية لنصرة القوات المسلحة السودانية ستعمل على البدء في الإجراءات القانونية ضد ممثل ورئيس مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي نسبةَ لتورطهم في شرعنة المليشيا دولياً وأفريقياً ٫ مما يعرض السيدين المذكورين الي شبهة التورط في أخذ رشاوي من قيادة مليشيا الدعم السريع.خامساً: إن الإرادة السودانية الحرة لن تمسح لأي كيان كان في العالم أن يمس سيادة شعبنا القومية أو يتعرض لها بنوع من أنواع الأساءه أو التصغير وستشرع مؤسساتنا وبعثاتنا الدبلوماسية وجالياتنا في كل دول العالم في تصعيد هذا الأمر حتي يعرف العالم الطريقة التي يتعامل بها الاتحاد الأفريقي مع شؤون الدول الأعضاء الأمانة العامة الجبهة الشعبية لنصرة القوات المسلحةIn the name of Allah the most gracious, the most mercifulimportant statementRegarding the violations of the African Union Commission i TVn the Sudanese file.We followed with sorrow and regret the irresponsible statements made by the official spokesman for the African Union Commission in the Sudanese file, Mr. Mohamed Hassan Ould Labat, and what the head of the Commission, Mr. Moussa Faki, did. He granted it legitimacy in Africa and internationally, through a meeting that took place between Mr. Musa Faki and one of the advisors to the terrorist militia. It is considered a dangerous transgression and regression that cannot be committed by an entity like the African Union.Second: The official spokesman for the Commission transgressed all diplomatic lines and norms through dangerous and irresponsible statements in which he belittled the Sudanese government and belittled its sovereign and national importance. This angered the Sudanese people and turned into an issue of public opinion demanding the immediate dissolution of this Commission, which does not follow any of the prevailing diplomatic norms. .Third: The Popular Front for the Support of the Armed Forces calls on the African Union to investigate the two gentlemen mentioned in this statement with regard to their special relationship with the Rapid Support Militia and its leaders, and their disregard for the letter sent by the Sudanese government on May 24, stating that the Rapid Support Commander had lost his constitutional position after his rebellion against the state, and asked not to Dealing with him or his representative.Fourth: In the event that these two gentlemen are not investigated, the Popular Front for the Support of the Sudanese Armed Forces will work to initiate legal procedures against the representative and head of the African Union Commission in relation to their involvement in legitimizing the militia internationally and in Africa, which exposes the two mentioned gentlemen to suspicion of involvement in taking bribes from the leadership of the support militia.
