ارتفع عدد ضحايا مجزرة منطقة “بريمة رشيد” إلى 27 قتيلا و إصابة 43 آخرين بجروح خطيرة إثر تجدد الهجوم الغادر الذي شنّته الدعم السريع على المنطقة شمال مدينة النهود بولاية غرب كردفان، وقد طال الهجوم الاعتداء على المدنيين العزّل داخل منازلهم، من نساء وأطفال وشيوخ، في مشهد دموي يعيد إلى الأذهان أفظع الجرائم المرتكبة بحق الإنسانية.
تدين شبكة أطباء السودان بأشد العبارات هذه الجريمة النكراء، وتحمّل قيادة الدعم السريع المسؤولية الكاملة عن الأرواح التي أُزهقت والدماء التي سُفكت كما نعتبر ما جرى في “بريمة رشيد” جريمة حرب وجريمة ضد الإنسانية، تستدعي تحركًا دوليًا عاجلًا.
تؤكد الشبكة أن هذه المجزرة تمثل امتدادًا خطيرًا للانتهاكات الممنهجة التي ترتكبها الدعم السريع بحق المدنيين في عدة ولايات، في ظل صمت محلي ودولي مطبق، وتجاهل متعمد لمآسي الشعب السوداني وتطالب المجتمع الدولي بالتحرك لفرض قرارات عاجلة ضد قيادات الدعم السريع وتصنيفها كمنظمة إرهابية لوقف انتهاكاتها ضد المدنيين في مواقع سيطرتها وفتح مسارات إنسانية لإنقاذ المهجربن قسريا من مناطقهم.
Sudan Doctors Network: Death Toll in Brima Rashid Massacre by Rapid Support Forces in West Kordofan Rises to 27, with 43 Seriously Injured
The death toll from the Brima Rashid massacre has risen to 27, with 43 others seriously injured, following a renewed and treacherous attack launched by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in the area north of Al-Nahud, West Kordofan State. The assault targeted unarmed civilians in their homes—including women, children, and the elderly—in a bloody scene reminiscent of the most horrific crimes against humanity.
The Sudan Doctors Network strongly condemns this heinous crime and holds the leadership of the Rapid Support Forces fully responsible for the lives lost and the bloodshed. We further classify the Brima Rashid massacre as both a war crime and a crime against humanity, warranting urgent international intervention.
The Network asserts that this massacre is a dangerous continuation of the systematic violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces against civilians across multiple states, amid both local and international silence and a deliberate disregard for the suffering of the Sudanese people. We call on the international community to take immediate action against the leadership of the Rapid Support Forces, including designating them as a terrorist organization, in order to halt their violations against civilians in areas under their control. We also urge the opening of humanitarian corridors to rescue those who have been forcibly displaced from their homes.
